Adam Gibson's Beautifully Restored Buffalo Forge Grill

Look at this gorgeous grill! Wow! Hubcaps and everything. Here's Adam's account:

"Hey Jim. Here is the finished Buffalo Forge Grill! It took over eight months for me to finish and has been one of the most expensive and rewarding projects I have ever done. I had no idea what I was doing and had to learn a little along the way. It is all done and ready to fire up, my custom rotisserie for it too. I will send you a picture tomorrow with the rotisserie on it as well. I just was so excited tonight I forget to take it out of the box. I will keep ya posted—now my next project is finding some big Buffalo wings and Sahlens hot dogs to cook."

Buffalo Backyard, 1947

Dad, his cousin Phyllis Nolan, and brothers John C. and Edmund F. Nolan, shot in the backyard of 51 Granger Place in Buffalo, looking towards Oakland Place. Probably around 1947 or so. Phyllis became a Grey Nun, and was the sister of broadcaster/journalists Michael and Peter Nolan.

Birthday Card from Mom

Isn't this a beautiful painting? My mom, Christa Paul Nolan, has taken up watercolors. She's talented, and painting runs in the family. Her father Bengt and twin aunts Hedda and Tali Paul were wonderful painters. Mom has lived in Buffalo since 1963.
