My nephew Sam and brother Chris use a chimney to get the coals hot enough to cook with in five minutes or so. This technique was invented by my Swedish cousin Mikael. What did we cook? Sahlen's hot dogs. Buffalo's, and thus America's, best.

Toynbee Tile Spotted at Fifth Avenue and 46th Street

A Toynbee tile spotted last night while walking to Grand Central. I like the way it was laid on a big crack. It looks to me like there's a pen in the crack on the upper right.
